Thanks, Clarence. You and I seem to have pretty similar musical interests! It's funny about me, because for a long time I was mired in classic rock (which I still love, of course). It was getting old and a friend introduced me to this indie record/cd store in town; the owner was awesome, even tolerating naive questions from an old fart like me. It really turned me around and I've been trying to dig up good, but unknown bands, instead of listening to the old familiars. It's led me to some pretty good stuff - the Brian Jonestown Massacre became a near obsession for a few years.

I really like the Music thread on the NG boards, and hope we can keep exchanging suggestions! who knows, maybe one of these days you and Michael will turn me on to Prog! (lol)
